President's Report

Hello, my name is Lawrence “Larry” Null. I am the president of the Inland Empire & Orange County Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). I am a 35 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and a 26 year member of SIOR. I recently returned from our Fall Convention in New York City where we celebrated the 75th Anniversary of SIOR. The Society has never been more vibrant, enthusiastic and relevant in the 21st Century. Even in this age of technology professional relationships have never been more important.

The value proposition of SIOR membership is indisputable. The 3,144 active members, both nationally and inter-nationally, represent the elite practioners of the commercial real estate profession. The designation is recognized as a symbol of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards for above what the law requires. SIOR’s are committed to providing their clients and peers the highest level of knowledge, production and expert representation available.

The Inland Empire & Orange County Chapter was founded in 1988 and is proud to have produced three National presidents. Our Chapter is poised to take membership to the highest level. Our 52 active members and 8 Sponsor Associates meet eight or nine times a year to learn, network and collaborate.

Whether you are looking for a “best in class” office or industrial professional in Southern California, or seeking information about the Society, the SIOR designation, membership or sponsorship thank you for visiting our website!
