SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS® is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association.  The Inland Empire/Orange County chapter includes the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange in Southern California. It comprises active industrial and office brokers, associate members, and chapter sponsors.

The Chapter meets seven times per year for dinner, networking, socializing, and listening to speakers on various topics pertaining to commercial real estate in Southern California and the western United States. These interactive dinner meetings provide a forum for members to meet with associate members, chapter sponsors, industry leaders, and guests to learn about and discuss trends and new issues in our industry.  

Many chapter members are involved at the national level, serving as national officers and on numerous committees and task forces.  Their personal involvement further shows the commitment an SIOR member has to the entire real estate community and the organization.

The chapter presents an annual Casino Night and Texas Hold'em Tournament to raise funds for educational seminars and scholarships for local university students interested in the real estate field. In conjunction with the SIOR Headquarters, the chapter sponsors educational courses in topics such as ethics, construction, finance, negotiating, marketing, and investment analysis.
