Membership Requirements

SIOR welcomes as members those real estate practitioners who meet its significant qualifications for membership. Membership requirements and procedures are determined by the SIOR's Bylaws.

• Members must have a credible record of at least five years in the industrial or office real estate field.
• Achieve and maintain a high dollar volume of sales and leases per year.
• Undergo a strict examination of integrity and qualifications.
